Refund policy

At Rooted Six & Co., LLC all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. 

RETURNS ( STORE CREDIT ONLY )- We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for store credit: 

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. 
  • Original packaging must be included. 
  • Proof of purchase is required. 

Items not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • items marked final sale
  • gift cards

Store credit 

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only 
  • Store credit DOES NOT expire 
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded 

Shipping returns 

For local pickup orders:

  • Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase
  • If not picked up within 7 days, the order will be considered abandoned
  • Abandoned orders are not refundable and may be canceled or converted to store credit at our discretion 

Local pickup items are subject to the same store credit only policy. 

- Damage or Incorrect Items -

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photos so we can review the issue.
