Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Unless otherwise stated on a product listing. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ORDERS OVER $100 ( BEFORE TAXES AND DISCOUNTS). 

Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear. 

Rooted Six & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP DISCLAIMER 

Local pickup is available for eligible orders and must be selected at checkout. Pickup details, including location and pickup time, will be provided after purchase. 

Orders must be picked up within 7days of the pickup notification unless otherwise arranged. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled without refund. 

Customers are responsible for bringing order confirmation at the time of pickup. Rooted Six & Co. is not responsible for items once they have been picked up.
