Orders are processed within the stated processing time listed on each product. Shipping times may vary and are not guaranteed. Rooted six & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to use our products as intended. Rooted Six & Co. is not liable for misuse of products.
